CHILDREN´S JURY AWARD, DISCUSSION

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2.

PTAC Theatrium will host an open discussion about the shows for children presented at the festival. Students of the Academy of Performing Arts (VŠMU) in Bratislava and the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU) in Prague, guided by A. Vodráková, editor of the Loutkář [Puppeteer] magazine, will cue in the debate as they will have seen every production presented during first impulse. Once the discussion is over, the Children’s Jury Award will be presented. 

 

Children’s Jury Award 

All festival productions will be competing for the Children’s Jury Award as the Children’s Jury is the only jury our festival has and respects. Members of the jury are the children attending our DramaKlub (led by actress Mária Šamajová who will also be guiding the jury) and Creative Writing course (led by Iveta Škripková) that have found personal fulfilment in theatre and writing. Chairboy of the Children’s Jury is Dominik Sanitra; other members include Viktória Sliacka, Emília Skokanová and Alexandra Šáriková. The children will award three festival productions they will have found the most interesting.
